Our fees are inclusive of:
Inventory format: Supplied in A4 landscape format with embedded photos: The Inventory usually includes a minimum of four date stamped photos per room or area that are permanently embedded into the document. Includes a full Schedule of Condition that details all defects and marks, light bulbs and batteries. Inventory retakes: We re-visit the property, amending the original Cristal Clear inventory and taking new photographs. Includes updating and emailing a new inventory to you. Inventory updates: Available when you email Cristal Clear with any changes for a new Check In inventory. We update the original inventory, including the new tenant details and email it to back to you. Can only be used with Cristal Clear inventories. Excludes re-inspection by Cristal Clear or new photos. Interim Inspection: Available for any property. We arrange an interim (Mid term) inspection to visit and check the property condition and report back detailing any maintenance or tenant neglect issues. Photographs are taken as necessary. Photographs: We take between 100 and 300 high resolution digital photographs at each property which are stored on our secure network server and back up servers |
Inventory prices quoted are based on average properties. Sometimes we might have to charge a little more if a property is particularly large, has a lot of furniture or is overly damaged or unkempt. Please call or email us for a full pricelist of residential and commercial services.
All Inventories are emailed to you in password protected PDF format to protect their integrity as independent documents and to ensure they cannot be amended without your knowledge and permission.
Photographs (Usually between 100 and 300 per property) can be supplied on authenticated and signed DVD's for £7.00 per DVD inclusive of P&P by Royal Mail signed for service.
We are also happy to print and mail two stapled copies of the inventory to you for an additional £5.00.
Services provided as a "one off" are to be paid for in full at the time we undertake the requested service.
Abortive or cancelled visits for reasons beyond our control that are caused by any agent, tenant or landlord may incur a £25.00 administration charge and a revisit will be booked at full price.
